Where do We Come From: epigenetics, Karma, inheried Patterns, and Scenarios there are Passed Down Generations
My path and experience, 2013–2019:
Systemic family therapy. Doctors, anthropologists, mathematicians, and psychologists have developed theories regarding the structure of the family, its crises, and its feedback system.
The client is not an individual, but the entire family.
It’s important to remember: forewarned is forearmed!
When it comes to programs, scripts, and mental patterns, it’s often enough to recognize, realize, or see what’s happening—and then choose to take a different path, stop playing along, and avoid repeating the same mistakes!
Don’t rush to sign up for courses, jump into internships, or start looking for mentors! It’s best to start by researching, analyzing, and organizing information to develop a new perspective on the matter. To broaden your horizons—and, more importantly, to upgrade your worldview—I recommend turning to literature.
Family Constellations / Hellinger Constellations. A method of assisting individuals or organizations through what is known as the “reading” and “alteration” of information within the informational field. The method has not been scientifically validated; it lies at the intersection of psychotherapy, spiritual practice, and philosophy. Bert Hellinger is considered the founder of the method.
Regression / Hypnosis.
Academic perspective: if a person’s worldview includes the concept of reincarnation (Hindus, Buddhists, etc.), they will easily be able to hallucinate such images during regression hypnosis.
If, however, they are, say, a staunch materialist, the likelihood of such an experience is extremely low. But, for obvious reasons, scientists do not venture to definitively assert the truth or falsity of what is seen during such a “review of past lives.”
Family constellations operate on the concept of hierarchy—a system of subordination (it is important to remember that hierarchy is hardwired into us at the instinctual level, which means this mechanism is constantly at work in our brains, even if we are not aware of it). For example, parents are always placed above their children because they are the ones who created the family. Constellations help restore the natural hierarchy of relationships.
Each of us is part of a family system (relationships with parents, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, grandparents, husbands, and wives). And when this system is disrupted (for example, when relatives “forget” about a family member or stop communicating), the balance in relationships is also disrupted. This disruption is involuntarily repeated by subsequent generations.
This type of therapy often involves role-playing. In some cases, family history is also taken into account, as it can be a source of current problems. Through therapy, the entire family and its system of relationships undergo a transformation, which in turn leads to changes in the behavior of its members.
Problems experienced by one family member indicate disrupted relationships within the family system. The psychotherapist seeks to identify the purpose of the symptom that prompted the therapy and examines how family members interact with one another.
Psychogenetics describes how hereditary factors influence the functioning of the mind in animals and humans. It examines the influence of genetic mechanisms on mental functioning, gender development, metabolism, and hormonal balance.
Genealogy is the study of family histories and family trees, organized in chronological order. Many people turn to it in an effort to understand certain twists of fate, innate abilities, or health conditions.
Genetics (from the Greek γενητως, meaning “generating” or “derived from”) is a branch of biology that studies genes, genetic variations, and heredity in organisms. That is precisely why doctors ask us: “Did your father have diabetes?”, “Is there a history of heart attacks in your family?”, “Cancer?”, and so on.
A clan (ethnology) is a group of people who trace their descent through a single line to a common ancestor.
Let’s first take a look at how this plays out in modern science.
Let’s note a few points that affect us and are related to this topic, but we won’t be discussing them:
• The subconscious and the unconscious
• An individual’s maturity and awareness
• The principle of systemicity
• Theories from quantum physics, reality management: “the observer influences the observed object,” etc.
• Ideas from “Reality Transurfing,” the movie “The Secret,” etc.
• Faith and religion
